EN: To Cancel or rescheduled your flight please contact us 24+ hours before your scheduled time for a new appoitmment or for 100% refund. To Cancel within 24 to 2 hours before your flight, it will be 50% refund. To cancel within 2 hours before your flight or 'no shows' are non-refundable.
